Exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days

You have 14 calendar days from receipt of the Product (or from conclusion of the Subscription) to withdraw, under the Terms.

Use this form only if you wish to withdraw from the contract.

If you have a subscription, you can also withdraw or cancel it online, without the paper form, from My account > Subscriptions.

Online procedure (subscriptions)

  1. Sign in to your Tintico account.
  2. Open the Subscriptions page.
  3. Select the relevant subscription.
  4. Click “Cancel subscription”, choose a reason, then confirm. Cancellation is permanent.
