We started with coffee
For nearly ten years, we explored how to concentrate the essence of coffee in a solid, gourmet and portable format. Not to replace the cup, but to give it a second life — immediate, intense and uncompromising on quality. This foundational work, carried out in France with natural ingredients, led us to a tablet where you taste coffee first.

Where taste meets the whole cherry
Most breakthroughs happen at the edge of disciplines. We weren't trying to rewrite coffee biology — we saw new ways to work with it. The more we learned, the more we saw what was missing: the conventional supply chain only values the bean, while cascara, mucilage and fruit carry gustatory and nutritional richness still underused. By harnessing the entire cherry, we reveal a fuller synergy — without waste or excess.

We don't trust theories alone
We respect theory — but we don't build on it blindly. Every tablet has to prove itself twice: first in the lab, then in the field, with growers and tasters.
We've seen too many good ideas fail at scale. That's why we don't launch on assumptions — we launch on evidence.

We iterate like we mean it
We've always moved fast. Sometimes too fast. But that's how we work — we try things, adjust, and drop what doesn't hold up. Most of our ideas don't work. And that's the point.
The ones that do change everything. That's how we ended up with a solid tablet that concentrates the equivalent of one cup of coffee — not because we planned it, but because we kept going until the old way didn't make sense anymore.
