Half the cherry ends up in the bin
In the conventional supply chain, only the bean is exported. Cascara is burned or discarded. Mucilage is dumped into rivers during washing. The result: polluted water, depleted soils, energy wasted to valorize only a fraction of the harvest. Tintico starts from a different principle: use 100% of the coffee cherry — bean, cascara, and mucilage — to avoid this upstream waste.

Growing with the forest, not against it
Our coffees grow in agroforestry: coffee trees under shade trees, living soils, zero synthetic chemicals. This farming sequesters carbon in biomass, preserves biodiversity, limits erosion, and produces specialty coffee without depleting the land.
